What Is Supervised Visitation?
When the court has concerns that
a parent might make unsafe choices or the child does not know the parent, the Court
may order supervised visitation. This
can happen in many kinds of court cases such as:
·
Custody/shared
parenting
·
Father’s
rights
·
Paternity
cases
·
Grandparent
custody or visits
·
Divorce/Emergency
custody situation
R.A.F.T.
provides a comfortable home-based atmosphere which fosters child parent
interaction during the supervised visit
time.
Visits
are supervised by professional staff who conduct themselves in the least
intrusive manner possible.
Each supervised visit
is documented. Upon request and along
with a signed release, these reports will be faxed or copied to attorneys,
guardians or other agencies as requested.

grandchildren. RAFT provided a safe
neutral peaceful setting for us to visit with our grandchildren while the
